Come along to our weekly get-together, the Talkfest, every Tuesday – arrive around 9am for tea or coffee and an orientation; the general meeting starts at 10am. Other times by arrangement.
Where
39 Showgrounds Drive, Highvale QLD
Near the entrance to the Samford Showgrounds. Go to the far end of Showgrounds Drive and turn left through the gates near the high-voltage electricity tower.
Membership information
All adult males are welcome to apply for membership. While many of our members are retired or semi-retired, we welcome men of all ages (especially younger men).
- Joining fee: $60 – includes a personalised SAMS shirt.
- Annual fee: $60 (pro rata) – covers insurance, with the balance going toward maintenance of the shed and its facilities.
- $2 per activity session when attending.
How to join
- Come in on a Tuesday around 9am, get an orientation, then settle back with a tea or coffee for our 10am general meeting.
- Pick up an application form at the shed.
- Return it by email or in person.
- The Executive Committee considers your application and a committee member will let you know.
